Where We Ship
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We look forward to expanding in the future to bring our travel-inspired scents to even more destinations!
Processing Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Holidays & High Volume: During high-volume periods, such as holidays, please allow additional time for order processing.
Shipping Times & Rates
- Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days (depending on your location).
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
We work with trusted carriers to ensure your candles arrive safely and promptly. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
Order Changes or Cancellations
- If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at shantalbathandbody@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing it.
- We are unable to make changes once your order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your package is delayed or missing, contact us, and we’ll assist you with tracking it down.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo of the product and packaging within 72 hours of receipt, and we’ll work on a replacement. We cannot accept returns of used products.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
