Returns & Exchanges
Since we’re a small business, we do not accept returns at this time. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every candle meets our quality standards.
Exchanges & Defective Items
If you believe you received a defective candle, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your item. We require a photo and description of the defect to process your exchange. Upon review, we’ll happily send a replacement candle if the item is deemed defective.
Additional Details
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo of the product and packaging within 72 hours of delivery, and we’ll work on a replacement. We cannot accept returns of used products.
